Potatoes are so filling, that they will force you to stop eating them before you could become sick. If you mean the skins, then I don't think it will take too many, but they are very edible and very nice.

I had a jacket potato - the one with the works once, with the garlic butter,sour cream,. coleslaw and cheese (asked for double butter)...........wasn't sick but boy didn't feel real good either!
