I have re-started to swim and been noticing that after a hard day training I get cramps like pain and slight bleeding (like period?) which only lasts for a few hours. Is this normal or should I be worried?

Checked with doctor, no inner cut nor infection he said something referring to too much effort and cut my laps to 80. Has this happened to someone else?

No, it's not normal to bleed after swimming.
You need to go to the doc for a check-up & see what's going on with you.

Could be a urinary tract infection from the bacteria in the pool. Check with your doctor.
