Its called Tyler The Great Warrior and was made for a boy named Tyler Gressle via the Make-A-Wish Foundation. There's only one in the world and I doubt Tyler would ever sell it.

Right now, Blood Mefist (as far as TCG goes). There are only five of them right now, 1 Ultra Rare and 4 Super Rares (and there was also one Giant Card version of it, but I'm not sure if it was given away or taken back by Konami and destroyed). I doubt you'll be able to buy one, but they are tournament legal in America. Aside from Blood Mefist, other YCS and Shonen Jump Championship Promotional cards are pretty rare, but all of them (except the Darklords, which will be re-released next month in Legendary Collection 2) have been reprinted in other, more easily attainable forms. As of right now, there are only a couple dozen of each of the YCS and Shonen Jump Championship promos themselves, but thousands of reprints of all of them (except the Darklords) from other sources. A single authentic version of any of these cards tends to be valued at at least $300 (I believe the Darklords are worth slightly less because they were released as a set of 3, so the 3 of them together is only as rare as any one Shonen Jump Championship promo). I have no idea what cards are rarest in the OCG. Fyi, Seal of Orichalcos was never technically an official Yu-Gi-Oh! card. They were printed by UDE to be played in 1 tournament, but they all say "Not an Official Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Card." in the corner where the number code would normally be. The cards even used unofficial terms like "back row" in the text that no real card would ever contain.
