You really need to communicate with Mark, we don't know if he has any children already.
The snip is a very big decision and one that he did not make lightly, you have not mentioned either how old he is , could he have concerns about being an older Father? or if he has children does he think he has enough?
If children are important to you than you need to find out sooner rather than later otherwise this issue will fester between you and resentment may raise it's ugly head. Good Luck... it's not easy!

Mark must have plucked up a lot of courage in the first place to go through with this procedure, men don't like medical beings tampering with their pride and joy. Speak to him,is it that important to you that he can't father children now.

Well probably because he doesn't want anymore kids. And
the fact that it was real painful when he had it done in the

Why won't you take the necessary precautions if children isn't something you want anymore of .if you have any children. Don't wait for someone else to do something . DO YOU
