i dont know whats goin on but for the last year or so i get a wierd sense then my head turns directly to a spider that wasnt there a couple seconds ago, and they have come out of my hand when its palm down, or sometimes out of my sleeve. i dont know if im goin insane or what but id like some knowledge

Spiders come and go all the time. There are a lot more spiders around living alongside us than we ever notice. Perhaps the fact that you seem to be thinking about it so much means that you noticed them more. there is nothing unusual about having spiders around you. i am a bit of an arachnologist and i know well enough how many i share my house with - and i tend to welcome them! Of course they are harmless, even the few poisonous ones are not really dangerous unless threattened. I suggest relaxing and just taking a good look at them - and accepting them for what they are. Just another creature living it's life, just like you.

Check your closet, car and house. You may have a nest of them and they are actually in your clothes, and yuck hair. They really do not magically appear. You are "Picking" them up from somewhere. There could even be a web above an outside door you use and they are falling on you.

Spiders are great! If you can sommon spiders, have them weave for you (spider silk is the strongest fiber in the world).
