If these photos were taken Illegally yes, also you could be sent to prison if they can prove the photos were illegal and you had knowledge of it, I also think you know it would not be approved by our lord or god

It depends on the the definition of sin. Headbutting a puppy is a sin. Throwing a nun through a stained glass window is a sin. Looking at boobies. Not a sin.

It's not a sin, but if the person is your friend you should respect their wish if you value your relationship. If it is a celebrity it's OK, once you place yourself in the public domain, you shouldn't complain.
