hi if your phone is BLOCKED then you might the the puk code from virgin to do that however if you want to UNLOCK your phones sim restriction then try here http://www.wicked-mobilephones.2u.co.uk they unlock the phones for £5.99 und they are getting fully updated with all makes of phones shortly
i have used these as some so called FREE codes dont work and block your phone on too many attempts.

It depends upon certain circumstances like,if you forgot security code or forgot PIN code.
In case of security code there are two methods:
1) Flash the mobile phone by taking it to nearest authorized dealer.
2) Format the mobile phone
To format a nokia S60 phone, press and hold * key along with number 3 key and call key. Remember press and hold all the key in the order which i mentioned and switch it off and then on. Press and holding is important in this case. After switching it on all contacts,messages,bookmarks,any application installed in phone memory is erased or formated. So make a backup of all those stuffs. By this method even your security code is resetted to default ie. 12345 in case of nokia.

Virgin Mobile is on the same network as Sprint. In the wireless world, Virgin Mobile is known as a "reseller"..... at any rate, CDMA phones (the technology Sprint/Virgin uses) does not support SIM cards, nor can you unlock the phone to use on any other CDMA technology (e.g. Verizon Wireless). They just are not supported for that phone.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news... but there is no way to make your phone capable of use on another network.

Unblocking requires certain codes which you can sometimes get from the internet if your lucky but some need certain cables depending on what fone you have. Usually you can get it done from most phone stores or even market places.

you need to contact the service provider to get a PUK code and you can unblock the fone alternatively you can get a gizmo from redstore called fone unblocker !!
