Michael Moore's list on "Clinton is the best Republican President"?

I asked for this earlier, but I only got pro/anti Clinton and pro/anti Moore rants.

Michael Moore wrote a list, in one of his books, of things that Clinton did that were more Republican then Democratic. The name of the chapter it was in was called "Why Clinton was the Best republican President of the 20th Century." He argued that Clinton actually did more republican ideology then democratic. does anyone know where i can find this list online?

PLEASE only answer this if you are telling me were to find this list. don't start a anti or pro clinton rant.

This isn't what I was looking for. What I saw was an actual list of things he did that were republican. But thanks for the link. You were the only person in two questions not to just say something about clinton or moore without attempting to answer the question.
