It's not copyright protected by being on youtube, youtube is public and anyone could use it for public use. Although copyrighted video clips can be uploaded to youtube and keep there copyright.

It depends on what the privacy policy says.

You might have signed your rights away to youtube simply by stating "I AGREE".

Go read the agreement policy on the site.

No, not at all. Anything that you put on there automatically becomes property of Youtube...which is now owned by Google :-/
