I will offering you US$450.00 for the item including shipping charges and buy-it now and I will make the payment by PAYPAL.Pls reply me back to know the next action.
I am waiting to hear from you now.You can add me to your yahoo IM with electroplotman or msn IM with electpathy@msn.com for a bit chats about this transaction.Thanks....If okay with me,kindly add buy-itnow on the item and give me your paypal email so that I can make the payment now....

Paypal cannot verify overseas addresses, so you have no protection from them. (You'll likely end up getting a chargeback after the buyer receives the item.)

The only way you can protect yourself is if you require the buyer to pay via Western Union. If you think they might be legit and want to sell your item to them, tell them you will accept payment through WESTERN UNION only for anyone outside the United States. That's your only protection.

It's probably a scam.

See if he has any feedback. If not I would tell him that I do not ship good outside of the country. I would be suspicious of anyone ordering from Nigeria.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!! Ignore it and move on. Oh, you will also want to cancel any bids this person has made AND ban them from the auction. I've had to do this several times.

Report this scam to both eBay and PayPay immediately.
