Do more sweeping I mean curling. It will make your biceps and triceps bigger.

First of all, there is not "t" at the end of biceps and triceps.

Second, you should probably workout your entire upper body, i.e, shoulders, chest and back, or you will look really funny with huge bis and tris and no chest or shoulder or lats. When you workout those other muscle groups your bis and tris are working too.

Third, you can over work a muscle and it ends up decreasing and getting very weak, so be careful about how much you do bis and tris.

Forth, the "curling" under the sports is for the sport not what you do when you lift weights.
