conficted of afelony and am trying to get the state to give a licience 2 practice i need case law were 2 look?

I HAVE A FELONY THAT IS 6 YRS OLD. THE NATION BOARD ETHICS COMMITTEE GRANTED ME THE EXAMS AND PASSED THE STATE OF FLORIDA HAS GIVEN ME A NOTICE TO DENY LICENSURE. I HAVE PETITIONED AND GRANTED A HEARING. IM NOT SAYING THAT I DID NOT DO IT.JUST THAT I MADE BAD CHOICES AND HAVE CONTINUED A PRODUCTIVE LIFE SINCE. THEY ARE DENYING ME FOR POSSESION OF CONTROLED SUBSTANCE AND BAD MORAL CHARACTER.
THEY WANT ME TO REFERENCE EACH LAW AND ADMINISTRATIVE RULE TO SUPPORT MY POSITION. THERE IS NONE THAT I KNOW OF. wHAT CAN I DO FOR CASE LAW TO SUPPORT MY POSITION.i HAVE SPENT 6 YEARS IN SCHOOL AND HAVE THE CERTIFICATIONS FROM THE BOARDS PUT CANT PRACTICE CUZ STATE WONT ISSUE A LICIENSE.

What are you trying to practice? Law, Medicine what?
One thing you can try is to return to the court of conviction, petition the court to plead you guilty and reduce the charge to a misdemeanor. Explain to the court why you need this and the court may help.
Some felonies such as possession, if you did your time, served your probation and remained clean they will reduce down for you.
Here in CA it is called returning your rights.
Had it done for my wife.. Check it out, you might be able to get the felony off you record.
If you are trying to go into the medical field. You are in deep trouble. with any kind of drug conviction.
I can't believe you spent six years in school for whatever field you are trying to go into, and the fact of your past never came up.
Surely some where during that six years, at least one instructor had to have brought up things that would cause the state not to license you in this profession. Surely.
