My wife is Ukrainian, and she says no... at least not with that spelling. Likely it is a mis-transliteration of the Russian spelled name for the city. "U" could be "y", "k" could be "kh", and "i" could be several letters.
Her best guess would be "Mukachevo" or "Mukoshin" (or Mukoshyn - the "o" makes an "a" sound when unstressed).
If you can get a correction on the name, I can provide you a location and nearest airport. Of course, international flights will all go through Kiev (Kyiv), or Dnipropetrovsk (Dnepropetrovsk, Dnipropetov'sk).
Email me if you need further help on this, or if you are trying to validate that a person is real here in Ukraine.

Sorry, I have looked in my trusty old Larousse Atlas, and a couple of websites, and I'm afraid there is no city by that name indicated in any of them. There is not even a town with a similar spelling in my atlas index..
Could it possibly be the name of something else?... Like perhaps an airport? Or a neighbourhood?

Men aren’t “supposed” to seek out advice on how to get women or ask their friends how do I get a girl. We don’t sit around analyzing each other’s relationships. Still, picking up beautiful women is a skill that anyone can learn with enough time, practice, and access to the right resources. Read here https://tr.im/NmE5b
There is a ton of stuff ( to help you get started. Sometimes the techniques go against “conventional wisdom” or what seems to work in movies and romance novels. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and try them – they DO work and they are a huge advantage over the competition.

I agree; the most likely city is Mukachevo in the far west of the country near the Slovak and Hungarian borders.
