the first day but you could ovulate any time throughout your cycle. Get a prediction kit if you are trying to get preggy.

Most people ovulate 14 days from day one of your menstral cycle. But remember not everyone ovulates in day 14. The best way to tell is to buy a urine ovulation kit.

I have come to find out after 4 months of ttc that I ovulate 12 days after ovulation. my cycle is 32 days long.

Typically, (for naomal 28 day cycles) it's 14 days after your cycle (day 1 being the day you started your cycle)

It is actually 14 days before your next peroid is due! ( so just say the first day of your last peroid was 1st october with a 23 day cycle your next period would be due on the 23rd october so you would ovulate on the 9th . have plenty of baby dancing !! on the 7th and the 8th of the month as sperm can live for up to 48 hours and also on the 9th and 10th to be sure!!!) . hope this helps.
