you cannot obtain a diving licence till your 17 that is the legal age to drive in the UK but there is an exception for the military which would allow you to drive at 16

UK 16 for a moped under 50cc, 17 for a car or larger motorbike, 21 for a bus or lorry unless you join the armed forces or work for a company under the young drivers scheme you can drive at 18 but you are restricted

I'm from Michigan. I know kids can take driver ed as young as 14 and 9 mths. Why that age I have no idea. I'm pretty sure in the US it's 16 anywhere. That is of course if you can pass the test.

Kids can drive you insane from an early age.

Mopeds under a certain engine size is 16.

A car is 17. (In UK)

Might be wrong about the mopeds but defo right about the kids

My driving instructor said 17 cos my daughter was adament it's 16. Think I'd trust my instructor tho - she's been teaching for years so should know! You can ride a certain cc motorbike at 16 though.

you are allowed to drive a car from 17 so long as you meet the requirements of licence and insurance

Depends what vehicle you wish to be driving. 17 years for motor car vehicles, 16 fo 50cc motor bikes and probably, but I have not confirmed, 21 years for Heavy Goods Vehicles.
