Cheney's comments on a radio show seem to lead to the conclusion that he regards waterboarding as a legitimate interrogation technique. Tony Snow denies this. Is Cheney snagged as a torture advocate or was he just refering to one of those "dunk-tanks" where you throw baseballs at a target at the county fair?

Despite Cheney being a sneaky, underhanded ***tard with little conscience, he is the only member of the administration who doesn't resort to verbal gymnastics to explain his ideas on things. He just says what he says and lets the spokesman clean up afterwards. If the White House let him speak more often the country would see what the Bush administration really stands for!
