I don't know why there should be alot of killings in Halloween period.

Halloween is not of God. It is Pagan but it is not evil. Pagans, contrary to belief, are not devil worshippers. You will be hard pressed to find any who even believe in the devil so it is very difficult to worship someone you don't believe in or believe who even exists.
Killings that are done on Halloween are not done by Pagans. They are done by psychotics who have issues in general to begin with and are looking for a reaction from the public. At the same time, there have been people who profess to be of God who were serial killers, regardless of the stigma attached to the day. So it really doesn't make any sense to blame Pagans for the evil acts of other people all because they may take place on Halloween. Halloween in itself is not evil but unfortunately there are people who try to make it that way, most of them being Christian becasue no other religion or group has any problem with the holiday.
That said, your two questions are completely non-related to each other.

I think too many people have their panties in a bunch in regards of Halloween.
Whether it's from god or not the idea of halloween came from a person, in which that person according to some was from God.
As for too many killings around halloween, that's because people are idiots and use halloween, much like a full moon, as an excuse to go buck wild.
Just like alot of girls use Halloween as an excuse to dress slutty and whorish.

Halloween is not of God and can never be of God. God has nothing to do with Evil and will never dress in evil atires. He's a Good God and things that go with Him are Good. His so Holy to get Him self related to any evil... Halloween is not of God!

Its Hell's night for everyone. Some people see halloween as the time too kill, mostly Satinist. It's like, their sacrifice to Satan.

No, Halloween is not of God. How can a "holiday" that scares people, honors witches (which God tells us to stay away from such things in His Word), glorifies ghosts and is considered a "sacred" holiday by many groups who sacrifice animals be of God? It may have come from the Catholic church, but that doesn't mean it is of God.
