so you mean it's on tuesday?
when i was a kid that probably would be true. we did it at night.
but nowadays i believe the kids go trick or treating on either saturday or sunday afternoon,
due to the crime and perverts who prey on kids after dark.
note that the question is not
'when is halloween?'
when is trick or treat?

treat is every day.
trick is friday the 13th of course.
but otherwise i'm not sure i fully understand your question.
i'd rather smell stinky feet on halloween.
acctually, i go to the gay parade. in west hollywood. it's not called the gay parade but there are a lot of gays there.
they would tell u that it's oct 31, but it's actually friday the 13, 1969.

In the "city" in our area where crime is high, trick or treat is on week-end day-time.
In suburban areas around city, it is on Halloween night 6-8p.m.

When ever you want!! But people might think you're crazy if you go on any other day than Oct 31st.
