If you are choosing by brand, choose any Nokia, that brand is very reasonable yet reliable. Dont go for looks but features such as global satellite availability from your provider and last but not the least, please choose a triband or a quadband phone, any brand

Alltel and Cingular are the best ones and not that expensive and roll over minutes every month that you don't use .

Well i have a nokia 1100. it was $64.00. its sucks though lots of phones that r cheap dont work very good. Yeah i won a $300.00 samsung getting it tomorrow that old 1 is goin in the garbage. Buh-bye nokia

That is the gayiest quetion ever in life. why don't you get a life. go look at alltel on google. also those are crapy phones. the good phones are motorola & LG.

well if you don't have a existing contract, many of the phones are priced pretty well, if you bought them over the internet, or even in the store
