well you need to make sure you take your vitamins. thats the most important thing. the other thing is, although your pregnant and some people say *your eating for 2 now so eat more* your body is designed to carry a baby or it wouldnt be. it will let you know when you need more. some need more some need less. just let your body think for you. if your not hungry, dont eat.... you will gain more weight than you have to and may do more damage than good. good luck with the pregnancy and congrads on it as well :)

Well they say potatoes are best when you are having morning sickness and trouble keeping things down. any kind mashed. baked, scalloped, fried or even boiled they are easy on your tummy not to much butter if any at all. You can also try eating small amounts of fruits and vegetables here and there. If you are anything like me I got turned off of food just by the smell of some meat cooking. It is ok to live off of carbs for a few weeks if that is all you can keep down. good luck to you! your doctor can prescribe something for upset tummy it works wonders and is safe during pregnancy it is better than Gravel I can't remember the name but he/she will know when you ask in Canada it is rather expensive but you may have some coverage. congrats on your baby and you should be almost through the worst of morning sickness.

I had the same problem for the first four months of my pregnancy. Just make sure that you do eat something, and try to make the few bites you take really count by eating fruits, whole grains, and veggies which are vitamin packed. Also, take your prenatals, pregnancy is tough on your body. You'll get your appetite back soon enough.

i had the same thing...even though you have no appetite, you need to try to eat something..i wound up eating 7 to 10 times a day, but it would be little snacks, maybe some crackers or toast...i know when you are not hungry, eating is the last thing on your mind...but you do have this little being in your belly so he or she needs to be nurished too...
my doctor actually suggested milk shakes, its high in protein and they taste good...as far as the stomach ache, bring it up to your doctor ok

eat six small meals instead of three big ones. I went through this for the past two weeks (I am now 23 weeks) and I am hungry again. Just eat what you can when you can.

Eat smaller more frequent meals. Snack around, eat popcorn, ice cream, get veggies and dip. If that doesnt help, then see your doctor.
