The drivers will be started based on the standings. Do you think this will set the chase on it's ear?

This will not set the chase on it's ear.In qualifying the chase drivers will be spread out within the field so with it being set by points the cream rises to the top so all the chase drivers start with in a bumper of each other.Thus less chance of a back marker causing a wreck in the early race and taking a chase driver out.

I agree. Further more, I think every car should have to qualify. No top 35 or race for the chase at all. You qualify and you race your butt off all year and then you can truly crown a Cup Champion who is on top of their game. Not someone who can say, we don't care about qualifying, we only worked on race trim. That's a cop out, and basically cheating. I thought NASCAR was against cheating and suspended crew chiefs, then fined drivers and owners, hmmmmm!!!! Sounds like a double standard.

I think we are going to deffinately have some issues because some of the biggest rivals are up front and its going to be very interesting but alot of things can happen now that the points are only separated by 171 points which isnt that much compared to last weeks.

Only if there is a big wreck up front at the beginning that takes out most of them. Otherwise, it'll be like all the other races, who ever stays out of trouble, does the best.

We definately be interesting .... Starting line up is pretty awesome with all the chasers up front --i just hope no one wrecks early or at all.... I LOVE NASCAR ..

Possibly. All ten will be fighting for five points for leading a lap. Maybe a few of them will crash each other out. Watch Harvick win.

If it was REAL racing (like Formula 1 or Moto GP), they would ahve qualified AND raced in the rain.
Just another reason why NASCAR is for white trash PUSSIE$.

No more than last weeks finish did. It will make it interesting with all the chasers starting together.

its nascar you never know whats going to happen till it starts but this does play out better for the leaders.
