you could be a school girl. or a dead school girl. take like an old catholic school skirt that oyu can find at trift stores and rip it up and paint it red for blood effect and wear your hair in pigtails and look like a pretty dead girl. :} ahha

Grab A length of Rope, a wire hanger, some hair gel and some coco powder or charcoal dust(anything powdery and black, a mate's khol or some actual soot would be awesome).
Take the wire and unbend it, sliding it through the middle of the rope, as far as you can, but leave a good length of rope. Now take the long end and tie it, as a hangman's noose, bending the wire rope to stand up the leftover rope. burn the tips lightly, fraying them.
Spike your hair so you look a bit "shocked" and use whatever powdery dark "sootlike" material you have on hand and rub it along the end of the rope, sprinkle it over your hair and then smudge your cheeks.

Slide on and brace the noose so you can't be accidentally choked (bend it to your shoulders, and leave it fairly loose).
