It depends on where you live, but Six Flags is always a great weekend place to go...If you live near a Paramount park like a Carowinds or something, you should try going there too!

It really depends on what kind of park you want to go to. If it is a Six Flags park for example, you might need only one day, or two depending on how many rides and attractions there are. Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ, Cedar Point in OH, and Six Flags Magic Mountain in CA all would need two days because of all the roller coasters and other rides they have. But if you go to the smaller Six Flags parks, you may only need one day. Also Paramount Parks i.e Great America, Carowinds, Kings Dominion would need a day. Parks like Disneyland would need three or four days because you need to explore the parks. Basically research the park you want to go to, and decide on that.

if you are anywhere near VA, Kings Dominion... they are cheaper than 6 flags, and alot of people like them better. I live 5 states away from them, and we take a trip just to go there. plus, there is a discount if you order online 3 days in advance. :-)
