Yes..There's a lot of white people in Spain..and also in Central, and South america...We all come from different mixes so you get a little bit of everything(black, white, tan, yellow, and whatever mix between all of those). We (people from spain, mexico, central & south america) are all considered Hispanic. according to Winkipedia,""Hispanic" specifically refers to Spain, and to the Spanish-speaking nations of the Americas, as cultural and demographic extensions of Spain. It should be further noted that in a U.S. context, a Hispanic population consists of the people of Spain and everyone with origins in any of Spanish-speaking nations of the Americas, regardless of ancestry of the latter. Some people from Spain are white, but most have olive-colored skin.

Central Americans are Hispanics as far as I know.

Usually they are grouped into the same categorization as most Europeans, North Africans and peoples of Asia Minor. The term white can be misleading but it is generally applied for people of European ancestry. However, dividing people into races is not something that ever really has any good consequences. We're all human so what does it matter?

They are "Caucasian," which nowadays has generally come to mean "White." Caucasians can have skin tones ranging anywhere from "milk-toast white" (very fair, white skin, and blonde or red hair, and blue or green or hazel eyes) to nicely "tanned" (an olive complexion with dark hair and dark colored eyes.)
