Use self control. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and exercise. Your body will look so much better, you won't want to eat something as fattening as fried chicken.
Try BBQ chicken instead. It's much healthier.

Go for it, treating yourself every once in a while is good. If you deprive yourself all the time then you'll end up breaking down and eating a whole lot more than you planned. If you just went out and got a small portion like a couple pieces and a side of veggies or something, it should help satisfy your cravings.

There is nothing wrong with fried chicken. I love fried chicken in fact, I am a fried chicken freak! I have been eating it for nearly 50 years and my "numbers" are excellent. in your diet regimen, eat lots of vegetables, drink water and milk and mix in some fruit. It's not like you're going to eat it everyday so don't worry about it. My favorite? Fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and corn MMMM Good! Hang in there.

try a different food you are interested in try to stop the urge of having chicken at least try it baked or something
