Does anybody know any good programs/ websites/ off ice drills that offer exercise's for goaltenders or atleast hockey players?
I play at a very high level of hockey and want to further my game with off ice stuff..

Yoga is great. It stretches and strengthens. It has made me much more limber and made made legs much stronger. This has helped my hockey a lot.

Fielding baseballs, have a friend hit you a bunch of ground balls in the dirt and in the grass, wear a cup and dont be afraid of the ball, then there is practice, and more practice.
