He was seen in an episode of justice league with deadman in it as well and this was when there taking over gorrila city and he punches two of them and the turn to gold.

His name is Goldface. He is an enemy of the Flash.

Goldface was originally a Flash villain, and acquired the power to turn things to gold somewhere along the line. (You can look Goldface up on hyperborea.org, Those Who Ride the Lightning, the ultimate reference for everything to do with the Flash.)

Firestorm the Nuclear Man also has element changing powers, but he's a good guy. So is Element Lad, of the Legion of Super Heroes.

It's probably Goldface, an old Green Lantern villain (who's currently living in Flash's home- Keystone City- in the comics).

When he learned that the color yellow could hurt Green Lantern, he used gold as his theme. He reformed and became a charismatic union leader in Keystone. Later, in the Flash story Crossfire, his body was transformed to pure gold in a battle between the Flash and the Rogues.

I don't know that there is one. I do know that on an episode of Friends they were discussing superheros and Phobie suggested there should be a Goldman....

There is Goldmember and Goldie Gold... that is all I can think of

I don't think Goldface can transform people, but there's another DC villian called Midas...
