A friend of mine went to Sao Paolo and she loved it. Check it out!

Do you have a connection to get you there and set up? If not then consider Rotary. Find them in your local phone book.

If I was going to study there..I would NOT EVEN CONSIDER going to Rio DiJanareo or to Brasilia.. I would consider Sao Paulo
