What kinds of tops should you wear if you have a V shape to look more feminine?

I kinda have broad shoulders and would like to make them look more narrow. Help!

button up shirts....long sleeves.....wide belts......long waisted tops....always wear lighter colors on the bottom(pants , skirts , jeans,etc.......always wear colors that draw the eye downward.....never wear boatnecks, or horizontal stripes...and never ever wear anything with shoulder pads

Low necklines that accentuate your neck more. Don't wear turtlenecks or chokers!

no tank top or anything that will show off your shoulders
