No thats a lie that was made up to make people feel better about there own lives. Love doesn't pass with time, niether does being a victim of domestic violence, or Hiv?Aids. Etc.
These things actually may get worse.

Even the entire Universe will eventually pass with time....
In a certain sense, if you can stretch your mind around it, our world may be alone at least in this entire galaxy because other worlds like it have already ended, or have not been created yet.
Makes you think, huh?
But, I take it you are bible influenced?....So if you are including love, faith, heaven and of course, God HIMSELF, in this "passing with time" question...then your question encounters no dead ended possibilities, because GOD Has No End. The entire universe can pass...EXCEPT God!!
