once you find out where they are ticklish try to pin them so that you can tickle that spot and they can't move. For example, my cousin has the most ticklish underarms in the planet. I hold both of her arms up with my arm and use the other to tickle the hell out of her. Its easier to do this from behind because you have the element of surprise.

You need to find their weak spot. I you try and tickle without knowing this, it is a good chance they will get used to the tickling. My niece for example, who is 22, has extremelly ticklish feet. My wife loves to wrestle with her, the niece usually starts it, and my wife makes her beg and give up by wrapping her legs( my wife's) around her legs and lightly tickles the bottoms of her feet withlut end. I saw her one time doing this for about half an hour.

First, you have to find their weak "spot" for proper tickling. Then you have to get them pinned down in such a way that they cannot escape...I hope you know how to pin someone down, using leverage and body weight. Then, of course once you start, you become "energized from their frantic laughter, which of course gives you more strength to hold them down as you tickle the life out of them!

Depends on the person. Sitting on the and pinning their arms works well if you're going for the stomach or armpits. If you're aiming at the feet, try sitting on their back facing your target area when they're lying down and grab one of their feet.
