hmm, someone who is getting back to nature or someone who like me doesn't have much hair on her legs to begin with and when i did shave it i would have stubble for 3-4 months. I hated shaving my legs because I only have a patch or 2 of hair on each leg, the backs have no hair, the only hair on the front is below the kneecap and down by the ankle and its so light blonde and fine i don't bother shaving it. I haven't shaved it since my daughter was 3 and she's now 18. I was sitting in my boyfriends lap during the summer and he ran his hand down my legs and said "you just shaved, didn't you? your legs are so smooth." I had to inform him that I hadn't shaved them since 1991 and that when i did shave them i would have stubble for 3-4 months so i quit shaving them when my daughter was 3. he said he liked the fact there was no stubble, he looked and said he couldn't see the hair on my legs.

Europeans don't feel the need to shave their legs. Wouldn't you think that most middle-easterners don't? What about women in Africa-- I'll bet they don't shave their legs. I'll bet most women in the world don't shave their legs. Naturally, American women do shave their legs.

Hippies - or women who just don't take the time to do it. Most of the time women don't even shave everyday unless they're on the hunt for men. :P
