All the time. Sometimes it's just more pratical to do so. In all my emotional ventures, I've always found one constant: It never lasts. In other words, what you feel for someone is usually temporary. What's worse is that you will continue to place those feelings on a pedastal and your desire will grow more. On the other hand, you give into those feelings and find out later they are not a potent as you initially thought. Some may use the proverb, "nothing ventured, nothing gained," but if you have reason to deny those feelings in the first place then it may be more practical.

Yes. I'm kinda doing it right now with an old friend who lives far away. I may tell him how I feel the next time I see him (next month) though. Haven't decided yet.

I have never denied them.. if they asked how I felt, i would tell them. But if they didnt ask, then I wouldnt tell unless i KNEW they felt the same way.

IF for me to save myself for the future realationships then i think i did...Maybe it happened when i was at the state of confuse for same sake of feelings..But now, im not regretful why i did that cuz i am happily inlove...

Sometimes it is necessary to do so, though it isn't easy. Yes. I have, & it was the right thing to do, though I still wonder 'what if' questions to this day in my more maudlin moments.

Definitely. I shouldn't have voiced my feelings to him when I had the chance. Now were just friends and that's all we're going to be. It sucks!
