Absolutely. Just make sure you open the main breaker in your home's electrical panel before connecting any generator. Two issues can happen if you fail to do this: 1) You can send power back out onto the power lines and electrocute an un suspecting lineman 2) if utility power comes in direct contact with your generator, the generator may fight the utility caused by being out of phase. In this case, your generator WILL LOSE the battle and be damaged.

If there is a way to safely connect power from the RV to the home it should work properly. It is unlikely you will be able to use high power devices such as an electric range, well pump, or air conditioning. You will have to decide on how to power items within your house. Will you use extension cords or a transfer panel?

Probably not the whole house but it will run electrical appliances, lamps, etc. It will only power as much as its output can supply.
