Yes, there are many, many sites which offers the ability to store files and folders in their servers. Some are free, but are a bit limited is scope, while others cost fees depending on how much service is purchased. A Goggle search will bring up hundreds of not thousands of such programs and services.
With that said, I have to agree with Lisa. I do not believe that any service in which personal files and folders are backed up to is truly safe or secure. Look at how quickly Goggle gave up its search files and IP addresses connected to those searches and web access of its customers. I simply do not believe with the mess we are currently in with Terrorists and Home Land Security, and with Bush attaining powers no other president in our history has ever held, ensures our safety when we place our data on outside servers. I firmly advocate all taking a long hard look at this issue before sending off data to sources outside their own home or office. Right now the police need a Subpoena to come into our homes and offices, but the government needs only a suspicion of possible terrorist activity to walk right on in, take what they want, including people, and keep the stuff, including people, and indefenant period of time, without having to show any just cause or show what evidence they have of "wrong doing" or even suspected "wrong doing". Many individuals in our country fail to grasp the magnitude of the powers our government now holds. I would NEVER put my private data on a outside server.
However, this is an individual choice and all who wish to do so should be able to. So, if this is what you want to use then go ahead and look at the links others have provided, do a Goggle search, or go to:
http://www.cnet.com/downloads
The above site is chalk full of great software which users can get free or as shareware, which is a free trial and then if you decide to keep it a payment is expected. I think in this case though a Goggle search is your best bet, as this is not really a software program, even though you may be required to put an upload tool on your system in order to upload data to whichever service you decide upon. I do use the Yahoo! Photo service, as I don't believe my photos would be of any interest to the government, LOL, Not that anything else I have would be worth anything to the government either, it is just the principle of the matter. lol
Good luck and have a great day!

I think if you store secure data on someone’s server it is always question of trust of to whoever provides service. You can’t be absolutely sure that when presented let say with court warrant service provider wouldn’t rat you out. Storing secure data locally is much more safer, and if you would to use program like “TrueCript” – it can be pretty much assumed (by opinion people smartert han me again) it wouldn’t be cracable even to: NSA, FBI, CIA or whoever,…
