It is a lovely collection car, one of the smartest and most practical heavy duty automobile. Great suspensions, agile, light and very easy to maintain. Very economical too.
Unfortunately it is illegal to drive it on US open roads. I bet there's a 2CV fan club somewhere in US. I will get back to you if I find any interesting contact.
Good luck.

no, not without major retro fitting, headlights, exhaust system and emission control systems. Besides you can not easily get repair parts or anyone to work on a piece of crap like the citroen

that car is the lousiest pile of rubbish I have ever driven. Not only is it underpowered but the wings are made of steel that is so thin that you can almost see through it. The brakes work on a single disc on the front Axel. I have one recommendation, DONT!!!!

And who would you have locally to work on it? The car is an ancient
underpowered death trap.
