I'd give you a 7 since it looks nice and everything and since I have that same peice of fake driftwood in one of my tanks.
But to make it even better, add a few pieces of driftwood available at your lfs. Also think about adding live plants.
I'd also like to ask, what type of fish are those, they look like cichlids, but i'm not sure.

I personally like the photography better than the overall tank. Like the pirate he's cool. I think you could get a few more fish to help fill in the empty spaces, or even a bubble wall. Great for a beginner tank though, you score a 7.

I rate it a 3.
No live plants. It's full of "toy" decorations. The gravel is glowing.
I prefer natural looking tanks.
On the other hand, it looks clean and at least it's not an empty tank.

One being the lowest, and ten the highest? I'm saying ten. Only because I was looking at the pictures thinking "Man, I really need to get my paycheck. I miss my fish tank. And I want to start one back up that's as colorful as that one." Had the boring nutral colored tanks, sand, boring gravel, and I've become interested in getting a tank as lively and bright as yours. :P Good job. :)

I'd say nine, it's full of hiding places and looks clean and exciting. I have a natural looking tank but yours is good.
