The credit card bill arrived. I found out my cat had used my Visa Card to buy cat toys, cat nip and visits at the local cat house. I felt I could trust him. Everything seemed purrrfect. He signed all the receipts with his paw print. Should I have him neutered as punishment?

Sit him down and have a real man to cat talk with him. Tell him this can't continue or you will have to take drastic action and implement tough love. Hint at what might be in store for him if he doesn't listen. I think that should get his attention!
