If you don't want a brand new part, try local scrap dealers. You tell them the type of car you need the part from and they will check to see if the part you want is fit for resale. They are usually happy to cannibalise the scrap car and sell the odd parts for a reasonable price.

Spare parts for Rover cars are handled by a company called X-Part.

However, any decent motor factors should be able to get the parts for you.

Are you having trouble getting hold of replacement body pannels? or are you assuming that you will not be able to get them.
They should still be availible from any decent body shop.
