I assume ind=Indiana. If so you can obtain a copy from the Clerks of the Circuit Court in the COUNTY where the marriage was granted. The link below will help you. They have a city to county look up if you know the city but not the county.

You can go to the courthouse which issued your liscense, tell them the day you got your liscense (within a couple days), and show id.
