Pretty much anything you'd associate with the sun, stars, or fire.

Truth, beauty, usually masculinity (an exception is Amaterasu, the Japanese sun goddess), heat, passion, awareness. Unbridled light would be anger, wrath, maybe revenge, like Zeus's lightning bolts. Also sunburn :( gotta watch out for that.

Light usually represents youth, as in "baby New Year" idea. As the light returns, so does the fresh new year. Christmas/Yule/New Year celebrations usually involve lots of lights, candles, and sometimes fireworks to represent the light of the new year dawning, chasing away the dark winter.

Also Florida, the Sunshine State, light blazing in your eyes...too much light. Have sunglasses handy!
