Girls first:

1st girl can be picked 4 ways, 2nd giirl 3 ways 3rd girl 2 ways and then there is only 1 girl left for the last position
So number of ways girils can be ordered = 4 x 3 x 2 x 1

Similarly number of ways the boys can be ordered = 3 x 2 x 1

Number of ways they can all be ordered = 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 x 3 x 2 x 1
= 144
