go trick-or-treating anyways. people might think you are a jerk, but they probably will still give you candy. it depends how young you are, the younger the easier to get it w/out dressing up. or, go with a younger sibling or child, so that people will feel ablidged to give you some because of the younger child dressed up w/ you. or just share the candy with the child. or another simple solution is to buy candy from the store....

Borrow someone's work uniform . . . even a wal-mart vest can seve as a "costume". Or wear your normal clothes and claim to be a celebrity whom you may vcaguely resemble. Although personally I love dressing up for Halloween . . . and if you totally decide against it trick or treat at my house! I give in the spirit of the season!

wait until the morning after Halloween and go to the store and buy your candy at 1/2 price or more........at my house...no costume...no candy!!!!

A suggestion would be try taking a cousin, nephew, or other little with you. That they get the candy and you too. Try it, It works!

take a little kid trick or treating, then their mom will say they dont need all this candy ie allowing u access lol.
