Depending on length...if the skirt is knee lenth or shorter I would go with flats (that match the color of the tights), if it is a longer skirt I would go with big chunky shoes or boots, also of matching color to the tights.

is you wear dark tights underneath wear a light colored shirt as in yellow or pink not white though. white is a boring color and what the denim mini and tights are not boring so you dont want to mix and match boring and not boring =) or if its light tights wear a medium colored shirt.........like instead of purple a nice lavender would be a medium color rather than purple

Well I live in Texas so I wear flip flops with everything rain or shine...
but when I want to look more fashionable I wear ballet flats..Converse Chuck Taylors also look pretty neat with that pairing if you have a nice Tshirt.

I would wear a cute little pair of beaded "dolly" shoes or some quirky pumps.Vans do some great designs.

First, I would consider what you're going to be doing while you're wearing this outfit. If it's a party, you could wear heels. If you're going to be walking or standing a lot, you should wear flats.

Definately heels are a perfect combo. Any size except stilletos would look stylish.

Zip up ankle boots...heels not flats...they will make your legs look long and lean.

I would think boots high ones like hooker hills maybe stilletos or whatever u like when u look in the mirror
