That sounds like me half the time, but it isn't because I'm an airhead, it's because I think too fast for my mouth to be able to keep up with the brain activity. Medical fact.
Oh, and I'm female though many times I appear as a horse because some people around here think I'm also a shape shifter. I won't rain on their parade.
