Stuffing is my favorite but it's not really a recipe at our house. We just sort of throw everything together. My mom and I recently tried a Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie and it was delish! We're going to make it for Thanksgiving this year. If you're interested, I posted the recipe at Holiday Fun. It's a few posts down from the top.

Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Turkey, Green Bean Casserole, Broccoli and Rice Casserole, Dressing, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Yams, Coleslaw, and a Relish Tray. That's what all we usually have. Oh and don't forget either the brown and serve rolls or the homemade bread.

The best thing to make are pies, pecan, pumpkin, banana cream. this is easy to make and normaly everyones favorite part of the holiday's besides the turkey or ham. if you want to watch the calories or the sugar intake, make it from scratch and use splenda or steviea (i think that is how it's spelled) you can find steveia at any health food store!

An easy and yummy thing is cranberry-orange relish. Take one whole orange, one bag of cranberries, one cup of sugar and one cup of orange juice. Cut the orange into quarters then put into the food processor. Blend until coarsely chopped then add the other ingredients. It's awesome!

My friends and I have found a yummy alternative to predictable sweet potato cassarole is sweet potato fries. They are very easy to make and are pretty tasty (especially with a little salt & pepper).

Make homemade cranberry sauce. It's super simple to do and it's a ton better than the canned stuff.
