When they go to post their question on here they can't spell or compose a sentence worth a crap?

People ask why they can't get jobs because the job market is so slim. I have been looking for work for the past 3 months and because I have a disability they find a way not to hire me without saying it is my disability. People compose questions on here and probably either type very fast and do not proof read what they are typing or they just don't care. I know if I were hiring them I would be looking at their spelling. I used to manage a pet store many years ago before we closed because of competition, I had many people who couldn't spell if their life depended on it, being a manager you have to know what they are asking for so spelling is a big key in filling out an application or even asking a question on line. If you can't spell how is anyone going to know what you are asking?

Isn't THAT the truth !! LMAO.....I've been actively looking for a job for the past month and just NOW found one today with a temp. agency. Even for us people that can spell AND compose a sentence, it's like pulling teeth to find employment. And they say the economy is good ? Yeah, right !

wow are you being a bit judgmental
i don't care about how i spell here or if i make a typo because i know who i am and that i can spell. while that may not be true for everyone here who am i (or you) to be the judge of that
people ask why they cant get a job to gain advice-not everyone here at yahoo has years of experience and they may learn something that wasn't taught in school or that only people with experience know

Some jobs do not include writing skills. I`m sure you know of some jobs like that. Anyway this isn`t the agency is it?
