NO! You are probably allergic to the brand you are using. if its the blue bottle one try the green bottle (opti free) or vice versa. they use different chemicals so the other could be better and not hurt your eyes. NEVER use bauch and lomb (sp sry!) they have had many recalled solutions because people have gotten eye infections. If you change your solutions and it still persists, go to your optometrist.

No. That is not right. What kind are you using? If it is just a cleaning solution then you need to rinse the lens with saline before you put it in your eye. If it is an all purpose solution then it should not burn when you put it in. If that is the case I guess you could be allergic to it or something. Try a different product or call your eye doctor.

No. If it does, you need to see your eye doctor ASAP. I've been wearing contacts for 31 years now (hard and soft, right now I'm wearing B&L SoftLens 66 Torics). The solution normally never burns. I have had certain types of solutions that I've "tried" that did burn a little and I stopped using it right away. Some people can have allergic reactions to certain brands which I suspect may be your problem, but I'm not a Dr., so go see yours. Good Luck.

No! It isn't! If you used the enzyme cleaner and did not rinse it all off, that could cause a burning sensation. If u were simply using the saline solution and that burned your eyes, you may have a scratch on the surface your eye and in that case, you should see your eye doc.

NO WAY! Make sure you're soaking your lenses long enough and your hands are clean. And if you're using disposables, make sure that you haven't been using them for too long. Try a different brand of solution; I use Opti Free Replenish, and it is the best I've ever tried. If you switch brands and burning persists, TALK TO YOUR OPTOMETRIST!

No it should not burn. You are obviously having a bad reaction to something in the solution. Check if it has Chlorhexidine Glutamate. If it has, go get a solution that doesn't and try it.

No definitely not! Switch solutions quickly! If it occurs with other solutions it may be too late for this pair of contacts. Does your solution have a lot of enzyme in it?

No. Not at all. You just have to blink a few times if it does hurt.

If you feel that it hurts really bad, go see your doctor.

Oh yah you need to clean you contacts in the morning, and also make sure at night before you go to bed, you put them in freash clean soulution. ALso you need to change them every 2-6 months.

If those tips don't work go see your doctor.

Absolutely not, you might need to wash your hands with non fragrance soap. That might be the burning you feel in your eyes. You should try a different brand and talk to your local pharmacist.

You're supposed to rinse off the solution with saline before you put them in.
