1. More wishes =P
2. That this guy that I have liked for a while and REALLY want would like me back
3. Not sure, probably something appearence related...
Then Id use my new wishes for more universal things like ending the war and what not :)

I would either inherit gads of money or win the lottery, take care of my family for the rest of our lives, and to secretly adopt an underpriviledged family and leave food and gifts on their porch for all occasions.

1- my baby wouldnt be as hard as my 2nd son to potty train and as easy as my 1st
