Besides buying or selling it, no I do not know anyone that has commited a crime due to marijuana use. Marijuana use does not influence who you are. If you are a generally good person & you smoke marijuana, it will not make you commit crimes, nor are you more likely to commit those crimes. ANYONE, that has commited a crime while under the influence of marijuana already had a criminal mind to begin with. That is like saying a songs lyrics causes someone to kill themselves. Not at all true. Anyone that has commited suicide over a songs lyrics already had mental problems before hand, but that is an entirely different subject.
So my answer is: No I do not know anyone that has commited a crime under the influence of marijuana. And NO marijuana will not cause you to be any more of a criminal than what you were before when you were sober.

Yes, my friend Steven stole a car when he was 17 and high. He got two years of probation at least, but I don't know the details.
But I don't think that weed really makes people commit crimes any more than a clear headed person does. I've known lots of people that smoke weed and get in troble with the cops often, but mostly only because they smoke weed. Like my friend Tyler, he is only 15 and I know that he has gotten arrested more than once. Always in trouble with the cops, but it's mostly only for possesion, not another crime.

Yeah, My friend was caught with a small bag of weed while he was high. For a more serious answer, I agree with all the people who said driving. I believe that you should be allowed to do what you want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else. (J.S.Mill). Driving under the influence, puts other people at risk, and should be punished. A friend of took out a stop sign while driving. The good news it that no one was hurt. but the potential was there. As for any other crime I found pot smokers to be mostly harmless.

I knew a guy who left his infant son crying in the back seat of a car for hours. Daddy, meanwhile, had been smoking pot with two of his buddies and was too stoned out of his mind to think whatsoever of his little boy. He had, in fact, committed two crimes that evening: child endangerment, and driving under the influence.

i think it would merely be seen 'below the impact'. such as you get a DUI (driving below the impact) as adversarial to 'driving below the impact of alcohol'. BTW, to the moron that stated 'majority' of persons who commit crimes are below the impact of marijuana.. you're an absolute moron. Do your examine b4 you come back in here and run your mouth like yo **** do no longer stink. the final component you pick for to do once you get severe is.. properly, something.

Thought it was the funniest thing I ever did!
Could have something to do with the joint I smoked before!
Life just seems funnier when you're stoned!

Yes, I am a certified drug and alcohol counselor, and considering the fact that marijuana is illegal every time they purchase, sell, possess, smoke they are committing a crime. And anytime they smoke then drive they are committing a crime. So my answer is yes. God bless
